The most prized
cultivars

Simone Gatto selects and uses citrus fruits of the finest varieties, with organoleptic characteristics made unparalleled by the lands and climate that generated and ripened them. Blonde oranges boast cultivars such as Valencia, Ovale and Washington Navel, with juicy and sweet pulp, and red oranges such as Moro, Sanguinello and Tarocco, authentic concentrates of taste and health. Among the mandarins, unique for their scent and sweetness, together with the Havana, the Tardivo di Ciaculli stands out, among the lemon cultivars the Femminello and the Zagara Bianca. The bergamots are represented by the Femminello, Fantastico and Castagnaro varieties, the limes by the Lima Bears cultivar.
